Attempting to be Vegan in Las Vegas, NV

I flew to Las Vegas in my continued quest to eat at restaurants that serve vegan food and to see as much of the county as possible. My first stop was Sunrise Coffee (3130 E Sunset Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89120) where I had the vegan alien burrito.

Instead of settling into the hotel I explored Valley of Fire State Park (29450 Valley of Fire Hwy, Overton, NV 89040).

I work up early the next morning to get something sweet from Ronald’s Donuts (4600 Spring Mountain Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89102). They have the most affordable vegan donuts! Each donut was $1 and they sell 10 donut holes for $1. They have a large selection as two out of the three rows of donuts are vegan.

I enjoyed my donuts while venturing to Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area  (Scenic Loop Dr, Las Vegas, NV 89161).

Before heading to California I had my final meal in Nevada at the all vegan restaurant Pura Vida Bakery and Bystro (1236 Western Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89102). All of their pancakes and waffles looked amazing, but I wanted something savory after the donuts. I ordered a bagel with Daiya cheese, spinach, tomato, and avocado. It came with a side of tofu, vegan sausage, and fruit.
