Attempting to be Vegan in Fresno, CA

Loving Hut is a vegan chain but each location has their own unique menu. Many of the dishes looked alike on the menu at the Fresno location so a month later I can't remember which one I ordered. I think it was the garlic vegan soy-protein. Since everything was on the same plate, the dressing from my salad went into my rice and soy-protein. It was a tasty dish despite the flavors melding together. The vegan Thai iced tea had an odd aftertaste though. After lunch I took a tour of Forestiere Underground Gardens.
