Attempting to be Vegan in Virginia

On our way to Shenandoah National Park we stopped to have lunch at Wild Wolf Brewing Company located in Nellysford, VA. I ordered the vegan chili which came with tortilla chips. The meal was small but filling, and gave me the energy I needed to hike Dark Hollow Falls. Our first and last night of the road trip we stayed in Alexandria, VA. We ate at Le Pain Quotidien twice as the food was so delicious. I ordered the organic tofu scramble on both occasions. All of the vegan options are labeled on their menu.
