Attempting to be Vegan When Craving Sweets

I was in the mood for sweets two weeks ago so I made a couple of easy desserts. With only 3 ingredients (Crispy brown rice cereal, Dandies Marshmallows, and Earth Balance Butter) I made vegan Rice Krispy Treats. They were good but hard as a rock within a few hours. Putting them in the microwave softened them and solved the problem. Eating them in a car where a microwave was not available was problematic. I also made vegan milkshakes using Silk Soy Milk and Purely Decadent Frozen Dessert in Peanut Butter Zig Zag.
Apparently my sweet tooth wasn't satisfied enough because I also purchased two Twilight Go Max candy bars while shopping at Whole Foods. Speaking of Whole Foods, Raw Can Roll Cafe is next door.
The café is awesome. If a patron has never been there prior they give them a sample plate before ordering. I had jicama for the first and most likely last time. I ordered the Tomato Mango Salsa and Dehydrated Red Bell Pepper Corn Crisps. The texture of the corn crisps was interesting and addictive which made me like the chips more then the salsa. I also ordered a Lollipop-Lollipop smoothie which is supposed to taste like an orange cream sickle. It's made with vanilla, banana, orange flavor, and almond milk.
I really wanted to go to Sweet Freedom Bakery since I was off from work on MLK day. Unfortunately the bakery is closed on Mondays.
