Attempting to be Vegan in Portland

For the second part of my vacation I went to Portland, Oregon. After checking into the hotel around 11pm at night I ventured to Voodoo Doughnuts where the magic is in the hole. On the way back to the hotel I saw an advertisement for vegan pizza at Eat Pizza. The pizza was delicious and they have unlimited free toppings so i got caramelized onions, sun-dried tomatoes, spinach, and mushrooms. I decided against getting vegan cheese on my pie. My first full day in Portland I spent time with family. We had lunch at a diner where I ordered a dairy free veggie burger with french fries and for dinner we had pizza from Papa Murphy's. It had lots of vegetables on it but I can't be sure if it was vegan.  I went to the vegan mini mall my second day there so I can now cross that off of my bucket list. I bought vegan jerky and a Sweet and Sara Rick Krispy Treat from Food Fight Grocery Store. At Sweet Pea Bakery I had an untuna sandwich with lettuce, tomato, and avocado and purchased a peanut butter brownie. After indulging I went to the Rose Test Garden and Japanese Garden which were in walking distance from the hotel. On my final day in Portland I had chili cheese fries from the Homegrown Smoker Vegan Food cart which made me consider moving across the country because they are that good.
