Attempting to be Vegan During Game Night

I feel like Doogie Howser as I am typing. Speaking of Neil Patrick Harris, I can't wait for tonight's episode of How I Met Your Mother. I often wonder if I will meet my future husband before Ted Mosby meets his wife. When I'm watching the wonderful Monday Night Lineup I like to eat tempeh wingz.  I got the recipe from the blog donteatoffthesidewalk.blogspot.com. Tempeh has 22 grams of protein per serving. Edward & Sons organic mashed potatoes or Rising Moon ravioli goes really well with the wingz. My friend Rae introduced me to tempeh when my friends and I gathered for one of our game nights. This past Saturday my friends and  I got together for game night where we played Apples to Apples and Catchphrase. I just love playing Catchphrase. I brought pumpkin muffins and got the recipe from Vegan With a Vengeance. Rae brought vegan oatmeal, peanut butter, chocolate chip cookies that were so good I must get the recipe from her. Today I made gobi manchurian which is a cauliflower dish and I got the recipe from VegNews. Delicious.
