Attempting to be Vegan in Pennsylvania

Raw Can Roll Cafe & Pure Body
767 W Lancaster Ave. Wayne, PA 19087
I usually don't like to order salads but the staff at Raw Can Roll CafĂ© convinced me to get the Mexican Taco Salad. The salad comes with a variety of lettuce, sprouted sunflower mock taco meat, mango salsa, guacamole, and cream. It is served with a side of avocado cilantro orange dressing and dehydrated corn red pepper crisps. This was the best salad I have ever had, I don't know how I will be able to eat any other type of salad after eating this. I also indulged and had the chocolate ganache cake with vanilla cream sauce for dessert. Everything on their menu is 100% vegan.
Sprig & Vine
450 Union Square Drive  New Hope, PA 18938
I love going to Sprig & Vine for brunch on Sundays. Everything on their menu is 100% vegan and delicious. I tried the warm cinnamon-sugar doughnuts for the first time which did not disappoint. For my main meal I had the fried oyster mushrooms with biscuits and cashew herb gravy. My dining companion had the tofu benedict which comes with hollandaise, smoked tempeh, an English muffin, and home fries.

Vedge
1221 Locust St  Philadelphia, PA 19107
This 100% vegan restaurant is as amazing as the reviews make it out to be. My dining companion and I ordered a total of 6 plates so we could try a little of everything. The wood grilled sweet potato pate and the salt roasted gold beets were the two cold plates we ordered. I found them to be quite enjoyable on a warm evening. If you are a chocolate lover, I recommend the Chocolate Uber Chunk which comes with a pretzel-peanut crust, malt custard, and stout ice cream.
