Attempting to be Vegan in Missouri

It was surreal to see the Gateway Arch after being in the car for an extended period of time. The location of the arch was lovely as the grounds were well maintained and the trees were blooming with beautiful spring colors. After driving away from the arch I saw some interesting sculptures so I parked my car to explore City Gardens. A group of high school students were having their prom photos taken there. On our way to Cheese-ology Macaroni and Cheese I saw The St. Louis Walk of Fame. I hadn’t realized that so many famous figures were associated with St. Louis. The woman who took my order at Cheese-ology told me that I wasn’t limited to the plain Vegan Mac ‘n “Cheese”, as several of their menu items could be mad vegan. She recommended the Santa Fe, without chicken of course, but I ended up ordering the vegan mac n cheese with broccoli. It was quite delicious and filling. After dinner we looked in a few stores which solidified how much I loved the vibe of St. Louis.
