Last week I made a recipe from Veg News- Balkan Spinach and Mushroom Borek with Zesty Ajvar. It was delicious but I should have doubled the Ajvar so there would have been enough for the Borek.

Attempting to be Vegan at Dorney Park
This past Sunday I went to Dorney Park with newly engaged Susan and Phil. I was very excited to go on a water slide and ride the Ferris wheel. I was even able to purchase a fruit salad for lunch making this my fist successful vegan weekend. After Dorney Park we went back to Phil's and relaxed by the pool.
